5. The next thing you need to do is decide on a niche for which to build your first site around. For starting out I would suggest just doing something easy like the dog niche, wedding niche or weight loss niche or any other easy niche you can think of. Take a look at what other people are selling to get some ideas.
6. Now that you have chosen a niche you can purchase a domain and go and build your first site.
7. Once you have built your first site then you are ready to go ahead and list it for sale. There are a few sites where you can sell your website, with the main ones being Ebay and Flippa.
These are just some quick steps for getting started and once you get into a routine you will find sites will be quick to build. You will soon be building three or four sites a day and with this you can earn a really good income with your site flipping business.
